MFC is a general physical preparedness (GPP) program provided to grades 1-6. We specialize in making fitness and physical education exciting through teamwork which improves social skills during interactive gameplay. Our games teach the proper steps in fitness which lay the foundation to enhance student’s coordination, balance, endurance, flexibility and strength.

Our company is devoted to reducing the obesity rate in children while developing the necessary skills for advanced physical education and activities which involve sports and athletics.

Maximum Fit Club is a genius idea! I wish it had been around when I was a kid. We used it regularly during the pandemic and not only did we stay in shape, but my kids learned about fitness and body control. Plus, it kept us sane and our family bond stayed strong! I cannot speak highly enough about this product!"
